PIOPH The Palestinian International Organization for Peace and Human Rights is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization, established with the aim of promoting just peace and defending human rights in Palestine. The organization works to provide support and advocacy for the Palestinian people locally and internationally, in the face of ongoing violations of their rights in various fields, including the right to life, education, health, and freedom.
The organization seeks to raise global awareness about the crimes of the occupation in Palestine, and the human rights challenges facing Palestinians at home and abroad. The organization also seeks to provide legal support to Palestinians who are subjected to legal harassment or arbitrary measures by local and international authorities.
Organization objectives:
1. Promoting human rights: Working to promote human rights for Palestinians is a fundamental principle, through awareness-raising activities, human rights reports, and humanitarian relief if available, and calling on the international community to take action against ongoing violations.
2. Supporting civil society: Strengthening the role of Palestinian civil society in human rights issues by empowering individuals and local organizations and supporting projects, activities and programs that contribute to improving humanitarian and economic conditions.
3. Education and awareness: spreading awareness about Palestinian issues in international forums and teaching future generations the importance of human rights and just peace.
