Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any party or entity.

Delete all author attributions, legal notices, proprietary designations or labels from any file that is uploaded;

falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;

Promote or offer to sell any goods or services, conduct or forward surveys, contests, or chain letters, or download any file posted by another user of the Organization’s Sites that you understand or should understand depending on the territory cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
